REN showed great professionalism & fixed my basket on my sink quick and efficient!!!! He was also on time based on the time frame that was given with a friendly smile !!! Definitely would recommend him for future repairs!!!

Awesome service! I needed a water heater replacement. I went to check them out online. I let them know what the issue was with my contact information via chat. They called within minutes. I got a quote via text. Clicked the approve button and they showed up within an hour. It was such a smooth and easy process!

Kenneth came out and helped with a mystery leak in my house coming from the 2nd story floor. He arrived promptly, worked fast. Great attitude and work ethic. Can't say enough good things about this tech honestly. His service was fast, efficient and he cleaned up afterwards 👍 My two cats were in the way occasionally and he politely worked around them. My partner works from home and was on a work call upstairs. He was quiet and respectful of her workspace. Thankyou to the company and the technician for helping out with what was a very stressful time and going absolutely above and beyond in kindness, professionalism and courtesy.

GPS plumbing is a very professional business that values putting the customer and their needs first. I had a great experience with Derwin this morning, who came to the rescue last minute. My water heater blew late last night and I called to put in a claim with my Home Warranty. GPS called me first thing this AM and was able to squeeze me in before the holiday weekend, knowing that it’s the middle of winter, I have kids, and we need hot water! I’m so thankful for their quick response, great communication, professional attitude, and understanding heart! Derwin is a hard worker who is knowledgeable and observant. Safety was of his concern when he noticed an improperly installed vent and valve on our water heater and fixed it for us, in addition to swapping out the whole thing! I also love that he was willing to answer my long list of questions and explain the process to me. Thank you, GPS Plumbing for doing such an amazing job!

First, Ken listened as I fumbled my way through describing the problem, which later turned out to be problems. Each time I needed more work done on first, the kitchen sink and hot water heater, then later replacing faucets in both bathrooms, Dirwin and Ken were responsive, kind and friendly. Not only were all the jobs done professionally and quickly, they made me feel as though they sincerely cared and didn't charge me an outrageously high price. I advise all senior citizens to call them first for all your plumbing needs. You'll have a positive experience from the beginning when Kheomi schedules your appointment, through getting the job done, and finishing with an affordable payment. I am grateful for my own experience and will call on GPS only from now on.

I had a problem with my plumbing and they were quick to get my issue fixed. They worked around my schedule to get to me as fast as possible with no problems. The lady in the office Jamie was sweet as can be and very helpful. She worked everything out to my convenience. The man that showed up was very nice and did an excellent job. We’ve had no issues with our plumbing since they came out and fixed it. This place is excellent in customer service and at doing their job. I wouldn’t call anyone else!!! They have my business from now on. I’ll definitely never call anyone else since they are the only ones I didn’t have any problems with. After having bad experiences before with other companies they definitely were a god sent. If you’re needing a plumbing service this one is the best hands down!!!!!
